The types of Bourbon coffee, the main variety of Arabica

Bourbon Red Coffee

Bourbon is a plant with the same tall stature and conical shape as the typical variety, but is a little bushier. It is a delicate shrub, with little resistance to rust and other diseases and pests. It can survive at high altitudes.  The fruit of this coffee is dark reddish in colour. Its aroma is slightly floral and has notes reminiscent of caramel, citrus grapefruit, vanilla... Its flavour has a hint of vanilla, fruit start, some chocolate, spicy. Medium-high citric acidity, medium dense body./p>
