Our version of chai tea with spices is a variant of the classic Pakistani tea softened with a touch of vanilla. It is delicious infused with milk and sweetened with cane sugar.
The medicinal benefits of chai tea: in addition to antioxidants, it improves cardiac activity, acts as an anti-inflammatory and helps prevent Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.
How to prepare this tea? The most optimal way to steep the strands at a temperature of 95 ºC for 3-5 minutes in water. 8-10 minutes with milk.
It is packaged in a 250 gr bag totally airtight and opaque to preserve its properties to the maximum.
