SWISS WATER

There are two options: the Swiss Water process and the Mountain water process. Both use "special" water cycles that expand the pores of the bean and dissolve the caffeine by a difference in concentration gradient. Swiss Water uses water with very hot green coffee extract and a patented active carbon filter. Mountain Water uses glacier water.
